A Few Things to Keep in Mind

The base unit needs to be placed:

• on the ground level of your home
• near an outlet for power
• at least 5 feet away from large metal objects

The wireless fence works best with flat yards. Hills and slopes can interfere with the signal that is sent from the base unit.
